Planning Management

The more complex a planning process is, the more important for the person who’s responsible for coordinating the planning to be present at the earliest possible stage, since he or she is able to see the whole process, which consists of the following elements:

  • definition of design goal,
  • participating in creation of the design program,
  • providing design capacity supported by necessary contracts,
  • ongoing support, monitoring and coordination (with designers, authorities),
  • continuous monitoring of design performance,
  • the inclusion of milestones in the design process and their monitoring,
  • plan stricture,
  • verification of design performance,
  • involvement in licensing processes,
  • monitoring cost-effectiveness and intervening where necessary,
  • organising preliminary negotiations with specialist contractors and potential suppliers,
  • in case of a foreign customer, information and cooperation with the Hungarian standards, English translation,
  • contributing to obtaining permits.
